35 yrs of old gentleman came with a knee injury following an accident. He was unable to stand or bend his knee joint due to severe pain and swelling all around the knee joint. His x-ray showed a complex tibia bone fracture. Thus he underwent fracture fixation with plates and screws. After the operation, he became pain-free and started knee movement gradually.
