The middle age gentleman came with a history of roadside accidents with sustained injury in his right hip and lower spine region. He was unable to walk or stand following trauma. His x-ray and ct evaluation showed an anterior column and iliac blade fracture with a lumbar spine fracture. He underwent Pelvi-Acetabular fracture fixation with plates and screws using an AIP approach. After fracture fixation, he is now comfortable and doing in-bed mobilization with side-turning comfortably. We routinely managed complex polytrauma cases at Sant Parmanand Hospital, Jamuna Bazaar with good results. These Pelvi-Acetabular surgeries require meticulous planning, training, and skills to work in close vicinity of great vessels.
