young patient footballer by profession came to us with pain and knee instability following repetitive sports trauma. His MRI showed an ACL ligament tear with a lateral meniscus tear. He underwent arthroscopic keyhole ACL ligament reconstruction with partial meniscectomy due to a complex tear. He is now comfortable and walking with support. These sports injuries nowadays can be tackled very well with Arthroscopy with less hospital stay and early recovery. He will return to sports in 4 months.
