Deformity correction by osteotomy
16 yrs old girl came with knock knee problems with deformed legs bowed inside. She underwent an x-ray and scannogram evaluation to see deformity calculations. She underwent distal femur corrective osteotomy fixed with plates in both knee joints simultaneously. After just 2 months she is walking perfectly fine with a good range of movements of both knees.
