Invited for another supra major pelvic-acetabular complex trauma surgery at GZB, center. With limited resources, I performed another complex acetabular surgery using the single stoppas AIP approach. It was an ACPHT TYPE of acetabular fracture and the head was medialized well into the pelvic cavity. The Head was retrieved back to its position and the fracture stabilized with two plates. Post-op x-ray showed a well-maintained hip joint cavity. These complex injuries required special surgical training and planning for optimal surgical results and head preservation.
