54 yrs old lady came with pain in both knee joints and difficulty in walking and doing work. She had severely deformed knees with arthritis. Thus she underwent knee replacement surgery on both knees. Now she is mobilized comfortably with support. Due to advancements in pain control techniques and fast-track rehabilitation protocol, patients are now being able to walk comfortably the next day of surgery.
