Complex supra major pelvic-acetabular surgeries
Did two back-to-back complex acetabular surgeries. One was ACPHT type and the other was an Anterior column with Q plate fracture using a modified AIP stoppas approach. After solid fixation, patients now can be mobilized off the bed with support. These complex injuries required meticulous surgical planning and training to work in the close vicinity of great vessels. We routinely performed such complex procedures with great results at "Parmanand Special Surgery Hospital" in Delhi.
