A young adult patient came with a fractured thigh following an accident. His thigh bone fractured in multiple parts. He underwent closed reduction and nailing. All fragments settled and reduced well with a nail. These complex injuries required meticulous surgical planning and expertise. Closed reduction needs special surgical skills and training in trauma.
