A young obese gentleman came with a shoulder injury following a fall at home. His right shoulder x-ray showed a comminuted fracture proximal humerus bone. Ct scan showed multiple pieces of bones and fractures. He underwent fracture fixation with a plate. His postoperative x-ray showed a well-stabilized shoulder.
