An elderly age patient came with pain in the bilateral knee region and bowing of legs with varus deformity. He was unable to walk and sit for the past 6 months. His x-ray showed arthritic knee joints. He underwent knee replacement surgery with a robotic-assisted arm. He is walking comfortably now with support. Postoperative x-ray showed a well-aligned knee joint.
