A young gentleman came with pain in left leg and difficulty in walking for the past 6 months due to an accident following which he suffered a fracture in his left leg. At that time someone applied external fixator for management of fracture. After removal of external fixatior patient is having dangling leg with mobility at fracture site. Xray showed ununited fracture tibia. He underwent suprapatellar nailing fixation for proximal tibia fracture. Now after solid fixation with multiple screws patient is allowed walking with support. These complex injuries required meticulous surgical planning and treatment. The fracture will unite soon then he will be allowed walking without support.
