A young gentleman came with pain in his right shoulder following a fall from stairs 15 days back. His x-ray showed ac joint disruption but was missed somewhere else and the patient was started on medicines. He was unable to perform overhead activities and has noticed clavicle bone projection over the right shoulder. Thus he planned for ac joint fixation with anthrax tight rope~fibre tape technique. Postoperative x-ray showed well anatomically reduced acromioclavicular joint. These injuries required meticulous attention for diagnosis and appropriate treatment for optimal results.
