Young adult patient came with complaints of pain in left shoulder and difficulty in movements of left upper limb following fall from stairs. His xray showed ac joint disruption and instability. Thus he planned for ac joint reconstruction using latest arthrex tight rope dog bone buttons. He underwent shoulder surgery with reduced ac joint. Now he has been allowed painfree movements at shoulder with restrictions of heavy activities for 6 weeks. These complex injuries required meticulous surgical planning and treatment.
