"Complex revision hip replacement surgery " 43 years old lady came with pain in the operated right hip side with difficulty in walking and limb length discrepancy (shortening) for the past 1 year. She had right hip replacement surgery done elsewhere in 2012. Her x-ray showed an aseptic loosening of the acetabular cup with liner wear. She underwent revision acetabular cup replacement using a special complex revision cup and bone grafting. Now she has become pain-free and has been mobilized with support. These complex cases required preoperative meticulous surgical planning with a revision implant system. We routinely performed such complex revision hip replacement surgeries with great outcomes.
