A young gentleman came with knee instability following an accident. His MRI showed multiligamentous knee injury including acl, mcl, meniscus tear. His knee was unstable and was giving away on examination. He was planned for single stage reconstruction of both the ligaments with repair of meniscus using hamstring tendon and peroneus longus graft. Arthroscopic surgery is gold standard keyhole surgery that aids in early recovery and rehabilitation. After successful reconstruction of all ligaments he was allowed partial weight bearing and gentle range of motion excersises. His knee becomes quite stable. We routinely performe such complex surgeries and address sports injuries meticulously.
