He is trained in managing such injuries efficiently. Minimal Invasive incisions are needed to tackle complex fractures and are usually done under the guidance of an image intensifier (C arm or X-ray machine). He is certified with foreign AO basic and Advance trauma courses and fully trained in tackling such complex fracture cases.
